COMPASS MINISTRIES exists to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with students in North Omaha. In 1990, Compass began to reach out to the community.  The children's ministry flourished and became its main focus.  Thereafter, these children invited their family members and friends and COMPASS began developing ministries to meet their needs as well.

Children and teens continue to come to COMPASS because it is a safe place where they will be heard, loved and cared for.  By strategically aligning with agencies, organizations, school, businesses, parents and churches, COMPASS provides these youth with experiences and services esssential to their development as indigenous leaders.

OUR PURPOSE:

• Building warm and caring relationships.
• Tutoring students and encouraging them to excel in their schoolwork.
• Mentoring students toward a positive, Christ-centered life-style
• Providing spiritual input into the lives of those we serve.
